Good afternoon esteemed parents and guardians,

We present to you our calendar for the rest of Term 1, 2024/25 Academic Year.

Our assessment week is here.
Beginning Monday November 4th.
At the conclusion of these tests, students who are having issues with reading, writing and assimilation of text, would be reassigned to classes/ levels where School deems fit for them, in order that they flow and grow, as we rebuild their foundational structure. This is so that they can build mastery of content.
We aren’t interested in grades, but in mastery.
God needs them to own this process not just have a sense of doing…

The next event would be our rest and momentum building week, it’s designed as a midterm, only it’s not taking place this time at the middle of the term.
Students are expected to use this time for rest, as well as find a balance between research & prepping for revision/ exam.

When we return from this rest/ momentum building week, we would love to hear from our students on any areas where they are having challenges assimilating…

Hence the week of revision.
Therewith comes the final exams or summative assessment.

Then comes our Christmas party/ Love feast, which will also mark the official close of Term 1.

Just to mention, the Love feast as suggested by the students is to come to school on that day with what we all have to share.
